On December 19, 2022, India’s ambassador to the U.S., Taranji Singh Sandhu visited OSU to see where his parents attended university. Dr. Lal presented Ambassador Sandhu with copies of his parents’ listing in the commencement programs and a photo of his parents, Bishan Singh Sandhu (‘57) and Jagjit Kaur Sandhu (‘58), featured in the January 1964 edition of OSU’s monthly magazine.
