As I prepare to leave the Lal Carbon Center at the end of the month, I want to express my sincere gratitude for the invaluable experiences and knowledge I have gained here. Working on the Cover Crop Impacts on Soil Carbon Inferred by Modeling and Soil Optical Properties project and the Stark Soil Sustainability Initiative project has deepened my understanding of various aspects of soil health and its real-world applications. The interactions with farmers were particularly meaningful, providing practical insights that complemented the scientific research. Beyond the science, I also gained valuable experience in research management and administration. I truly appreciate the support, collaboration, and insights shared by my colleagues, which have made this journey both enriching and rewarding. Thank you all for the memories and for being a part of this chapter in my career.
