The Lal Carbon Center is pleased to welcome our first visiting scholars from Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) and Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI) through the inaugural scholar exchange program between The Ohio State University and our partner institutions in India. Drs. Ram Swaroop Bana and Gobinder Singh joined us in March.
